Booking, Cancellation, Payment, and Deposit Conditions
a. Passports or ID cards for all occupants must be sent by email.
b. Pets must be declared.
c. The mobile phone number of all adults must be provided.
d. 50% deposit by bank transfer to confirm the reservation.
Deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled at least 45 days before the originally scheduled arrival date.
e. Balance payment by bank transfer before arrival date or in cash on arrival day.
Payment only in Euros.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM, check-out before 10 AM.
We will welcome you upon arrival and will be easily reachable if you need guidance or advice.
We speak English, Greek, and French.

House Rules
1. Non-smoking houses in a quiet environment dedicated to rest and relaxation.
2. Never use candles outdoors, never. Use the coils in mosquito repellent boxes with the lid. Extinguish cigarettes in an ashtray containing water.
3. Please note that all cosmetics and sun oils irreversibly stain sheets and towels.
